State notes



This season Andrew Garder, Joe Hardy and Kai Wilmot have all shown the ability to break the course record plus John Dressel, Sumner Goodwin and Wolfgang Beck all have a shot at a top 20 time.

The North Central boys team looks to have a shot at their team course record from 2008.

Amy-Eloise Neale, Katie Knight and Alexa Efraimson all look to beak Katie Knight's record set last year in the race they were all in this year Efraimson will look to top what ever Neale and Knight do earlyer in the day. Katie Bianchini, Jordan McPhee, Alexis Fuller and Lindsey Bradley have a shot at a top 20 time.

Both Camas and Glacier Peak look to beat Glacier peaks 2 year old team course record.

Jordan McPhee, Katie Knight, Emily Pittis and Patrick Gibson are returning champions.

Cheney girls, Lakeside boys and girls 2 straight years, North West Christian Lacey girls 6 straight years, Gig Harbor boys, North Central boys 6 straight years, Lindbergh boys and Tri-Cities Prep boys 2 straight years are all defending champions. Plus Tahoma girls and Camas girls will be facing each other in the 4a race after Tahoma won 4a last year and Camas won 3a.
