2. Cheney returns 6 from last years 2^nd place team is led by 3200 state champion Sanne Holland.
3. Interlake returns 6 from last years 4^th place team is led by 800 state champion Summer Hanson.
4. North Kitsap returns 5 from last years 5^th place team is led by 2 in the top 10.
5. Bellingham returns 6 from last years 3^rd place team.
6. Lindbergh returns all 7 from last years 6^th place team is led by defending champion Sarah Reiter.
7. Kingston returns 5 from last years 7^th place team is led by 1600 state champion Marina Roberts.
8. Cedarcrest last years 9^th place team returns 5.
9. South Whidbey returns 5 from last years district 1 team that missed state by 9 points.
10. Burlington-Edison returns 6 from last year district 1 team that missed state by 30 points and had a great track season.

4. Camas returns 5 from last years 8^th place team and adds 2 strong freshman.
5. Prairie returns 6 from last years 7^th place team.
6. Peninsula returns 6 from last years 5^th place team.
7. Mt. Spokane returns 5 from last years 6^th place team.
8. Oak Harbor returns 4 from last years 3^rd place team.
9. Liberty returns entire team from last years 9^th place team.
10. Mercer Island the entire team from last years 12^th place team including 2008 3^rd place finisher.
