My first set of week 1 rankings numbers/letters in parenthesis is their pre-season ranking (F means Favorite, D means Darkhorse, 10 means top 10 threat and NR means not ranked) I should have the rest done by Wednesday. Teams and runners who have not competed yet I estimated were they would be biased on pre-season info but I as pretty conservative so it may have hurt some runners or teams.
